Austin Clinical Research is a freestanding research facility. ACR conducts clinical trials evaluating drug therapies and drug delivery devices for a variety of retinal diseases including age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusions and uveitis. ACR also participates in anterior segment studies including dry eyes and glaucoma. We strive to ensure that every patient is an optimal fit for a particular clinical trial and afforded unique, individualized care.
